DDR5 6,400MT/s speeds are comparable to extreme-performance DDR4 memory speeds and 2x faster than maximum standard DDR4 speeds of 3,200MT/s. 16GB densities are available in CUDIMM and CSODIMM form factors. Crucial DDR5 CUDIMM or CSODIMM Memory is compatible with Intel Core Ultra processors (Series 2). Installing Crucial DDR5 CUDIMM or CSODIMM Memory in a 14th gen CPU or lower will result in speeds up to 5,600MT/s or lower. If AMD, standard speed will be 3,200MT/s, or up to 5,600MT/s if BIOS adjustments are made. Warranty voided if Crucial DRAM modules are set to overclock beyond JEDEC specifications, rated speeds, and timings. Micron disclaims any and all liability for such damage. Limited lifetime warranty valid everywhere except Austria, Belgium, France, and Germany, where warranty is valid for ten years from the date of purchase. On-die ECC (ODECC) is a feature of the DDR5 component specification and should not be confused with the module-level ECC features on server and workstation RDIMMs, LRDIMMs, ECC UDIMMs and ECC. Crucial DDR5 Memory includes ODECC but does not include the additional components necessary for system level ECC.
